一.raise [reɪz]
raise是及物动词，因此，后面要跟宾语，其本身的根本含义是“使上升，让上升”。

rise是不及物动词，因此后面并不需要跟事物，很多时候，其意思是“自己上升，自己起来”。 表示人或物从低处向高处上升用rise：
